WHAT IS THIS?
To celebrate the Ten Year Anniversary of the album IN WAVES, Trivium spared no expense to create a visually stimulating concert experience live from their new content headquarters called THE HANGAR.
The album What the Dead Men Say did not get its fair share of concert time, so while they were at it they curated a second set for you with some newer hits and a few surprises off In The Court of the Dragon

What time will the VIP virtual session which is included to the VIP ticket start?
On Saturday, December 11th & 18th the VIP virtual sessions will start:
1:30pm-3:10pm ET= Ultimate Meet and Greet
3:10-3:30pm ET = Platinum Meet and Greet

When can I access the platform?
You can access it right now at triviumhangar.com/livestreams. During the pre-show you will be able to interact with other fans by using the in-player chat and get familiar with the features of the platform.
How can I register my ticket and access the event?
Please be sure you are logged in to triviumhangar.com with the same email you used to purchase your ticket. If you did not purchase a ticket, you will not be able to see the livestreams on the In Waves or Deadmen & Dragons livestreams page. If you are logged in with the same username/password combination used to purchase your ticket and cannot see the stream, please contact us at support@triviumhangar.com
How long will the tickets be on sale?
Tickets for the IN WAVES Set will be on sale until December 14th 4:00pm ET (UTC-4) / 1:00pm PT (UTC -7) / 9:00pm BT (UTC+1) / 10pm EU (UTC+2).
Tickets for the DEADMEN & DRAGONS Set will be on sale until December 21st 4:00pm ET (UTC-4) / 1:00pm PT (UTC -7) / 9:00pm BT (UTC+1) / 10pm EU (UTC+2).
How can I upgrade my ticket to a VIP package?
Apologies, Meet and Greet VIP Packages are sold out.
What do I need to participate?
You can access the event with a computer or a mobile device. You will have the best user experience with the Google Chrome internet browser. An internet connection (10 Mbps or faster) is required. (If you can usually access and run streaming services or watch high-quality videos on your device, it is very likely you will be able to access this event.)

Can I cast the event on my Smart Tv / Casting device?
If you have a casting device you can stream the concert following the instructions from the manufacturer. This will operate as other websites, so please follow the standard procedures as you would do when casting your browser screen.
What internet browser is best to watch the events?
In order to have the best user experience, we recommend you use the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome. If the internet browser you are using doesn’t work, please try another browser.
Can I watch the events by using mobile phone or tablet instead of a computer?
Yes, you can. We suggest that you have the most up-to-date version of the web browser and operating system for your device to have an optimal user experience.
Can I watch the concert later?
Ticket holders will be able to access a recording of the stream for 72 hours after each concert.
Can I watch the VIP virtual session later?
You cannot watch the VIP virtual session later. VIP virtual session will be before the shows:

Can I participate from anywhere in the world?
Yes, you will be able to participate from anywhere in the world. Please note that the organizer is not responsible if it’s not possible to watch the shows for the following reasons: government restricts the watching, your internet connection doesn’t work or is not strong enough, your electricity is cut off, or any other reason beyond the organizer’s control.

If you forgot your password, you can reset and change it. You can access the password reset page from the login page.
I cannot find my ticket anywhere!
Order confirmation and your ticket have been sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. The sender is support@triviumhangar.com.
Try to search your email for messages from this sender. Please also check your spam folder.
We recommend you check well in advance that you can find your ticket from your email. Please note that the customer service will be congested during the event, so you may not receive an answer to your question immediately. We therefore recommend that you log in several hours before the start of the event so that any ticket problems can be resolved on time and you can enjoy the concert without any problems.
What can I do if the sound or video is breaking?
Check if there’s someone else who is using the same internet connection to play a videogame, download big video files, or do other things that will heavily affect the internet connection. You can check the speed of your connection for example here: www.speedtest.net
Check that the version of the web browser you are using is the latest. If it’s not, you might need to update your browser. You can also try another browser.
VPN may also cause problems.
If your internet connection is not working well, the video will be automatically streamed with lower quality.
If you cannot hear any sound, check that your device’s sound is on. Please also check that your web browser is not muted and also that a certain tab is not muted.
If any of the tips above don’t work, you can try to shut down and restart your device.
What do I do if my device disconnects or its battery dies?
If your device disconnects or its battery dies, you can log back in with the account you have created on the same device or a different one.
Please note that you can be logged in on one device at a time. If you are signed in on multiple devices simultaneously, the platform will sign you off your other devices automatically.
Where can I find real-time support for technical issues?
On the event day, you can reach the technical at support@triviumhangar.com. Questions will be answered as soon as possible.

WHY DO I HAVE TO BUY A TICKET BEFORE I CAN ACCESS THE MERCH?
Just like a real concert at a venue, you would have to purchase a ticket to enter the venue before you could access the merch booth.
Can we buy multiple tickets? Can we gift tickets? ARE TICKETS TRANSFERRABLE?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Your Login/Sign Up is your unique identifier that lets us know you paid for the show. It is associated with your Trivium Hanagar account and order history and therefore and cannot be transferred.
TWO SHIPMENT FEES, WHAT GIVES?
We are constantly working on ways to keep costs down for our fans.
How come international shipping is expensive for merch, what gives?
The international shipping prices are the prices from DHL. All packages are trackable to ensure it makes it to your destination.
WHY WOULD I PAY FOR THIS WHEN I COULD WATCH ALEX, MATT, PAOLO, AND COREY ON TWITCH?
Trivium dug the backdrops out of storage, flew in the crew, hung lighting, and had their live audio mixed and mastered by Grammy Award Winning producer Josh Wilbur. The visuals and concert editing were orchestrated by World Class Live Stream Producer Bryce Hall. This is THE stream follow-up to Trivium’s A LIGHT OR A DISTANT MIRROR experience.
Will the limited edition merch be available after the show?
All event merch is available following the streams 72 our Video On Demand Period.
After the initial airing of the IN WAVES set, this merch will be available for 72 hours, then it disappears forever.

Will the performance be available for sale?
Only time will tell!
